Ooooo, U.K. cardmakers, you're so lucky! Whitney Woods is coming out with a line of pre-made pop ups, ready for decorating. Including the rubber band operated pop up!
The best instructions and templates I've seen are in Mark Hiner's book, Up Pops, which is currently out-of-print, so this is good news!
